volume buttons are working just fine i can scroll trough options but power button does nothing no matter how hard do i press it or how many times i just stay in that menu and nothing happens and my phone has only onscreen buttons so no physical home button (phone model is Lenovo a806)

Do the ODIN factory reset works like factory reset from the android? My phone has an issue with loading and reading the battery. I'm sure that it's 100% issue of the Software, but the problem is that i can't plug in my phone to th USB. The phone is rooted using KingoRoot.
When i factory reset using ODIN, will it put back my original version of Android?
